“I will be able to diet tomorrow when I have time and money.”
Five "diet excuses" are hiding in that innocent-sounding sentence.
- “I” – She/he can diet but I can’t, at least, right now.
- “will be able to” – it’s too hard now to diet
- “tomorrow” – it’s always in a plan for tomorrow, not today
- “time” – don’t have time to diet today
- “money” – can’t afford to diet today.
Daily bread is always food for thought, isn't it?
